# TradeWorx ITM

> The missing governance layer between facility management and field service. Integrated Technician Management (ITM) interprets field conditions, defines obligation, and authorizes work before it is dispatched, quoted, or executed.

TradeWorx ITM is a SaaS platform for facility maintenance operators. It governs work-order dispatch, technician labor, vendor costs, customer invoicing, and gross profit. Unlike Field Service Management (FSM), which executes work, or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), which aggregates spend, ITM governs interpretation and authorization upstream of both.
